No Refunds Policy

All wholesale transactions and case orders of Chairman Office US INC products are final. Due to the chemical nature, weight, and strict quality control standards of high-end synthetic lubricants, we protect the integrity of our supply chain through a strict No Refund policy.

Exchanges

We stand firmly behind the superior quality of our American-made motor oils. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we happily accommodate exchanges under the following strict conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Shipments: If a case arrives damaged or leaking from transport, you must notify your VIP representative immediately upon delivery.
  • Unopened Condition: Items for exchange must remain completely unopened, in their original factory-sealed cases, and in resalable condition.
  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery.
